In EssentialEnvironment, our team provides educative coaching and mentoring on developing a collaborative work environment. At this stage, we also advise on improvement required to the physical environment that ultimately affects performance productivity. After completing this level, the organization operates in an increasingly interdependent manner to ensure that objectives are met and goals are reached. Team spirit is high, having been nurtured through a relationship-conscious, values-based decision-making framework, allowing all team members to find their individual voice. The overall physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of the organization is reflected to customers through a high standard of compassionate and professional service.
